  : The apartment is in a great location to visit the old town of Tours. It is an easy walk to many of the tourist attractions of the city.
  : The accommodation is very basic, but I expected a little more kitchen crockery. We had only 3 cups and 2 plates, 5 dinner plates. 3 bowls and 2 glasses in the cupboard. Two of the 4 pots had no lids. We didnt cook much, but when we did, there was only one chair for us to sit at the table. There was nothing in the apartment except salt and olive oil in the kitchen and soap and shower gel in the bathroom, when we arrived, so luckily, we were able to get out to the shops in the afternoon to kit us out for the week we were staying there. There was no air conditioning, just a fan that was ineffective in the 33C heat. We couldnt get the TV to work as it didnt seem to be connected to anything, but there was a Wi-Fi code for Netflix that we couldnt get to work either. The double bed had just one normal pillow and we used a cushion as a second pillow. The bed had a duvet but there was no other bed linen. We had 3 towels to share between us for the week.

  : The property was clean, airy and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we found parking easily within 2 minutes walk. The air con was a bonus.
  : There are narrow steep stairs to access the property - bear in mind if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues.

  : Location great, right in the middle of the town centre close to restaurants and the sights. Apartment is nicely decorated.
  : The advert mentions free parking - this is not the case. The apartment is on a pedestrianised street so there is no parking. You have to find street parking close by and its a bit of a nightmare to find the place due to google maps not knowing where to send you. When we arrived the tumble dryer was going with damp stuff - we had to turn it off after four hours as it was just making a load of noise and heat The stairs to the bedroom are pretty steep and I would not recommend for anyone with children or mobility issues. No WiFi code was provided. Communication was lacking - instructions for accessing the apartment were provided super late (about five mins before we arrived!) and when I messaged asking re parking and WiFi, no response until late that night, which was obviously too late re the parking.

  : No air conditioning!! No information in the room, eg wifi , taxis , location of food shops etc . Room very basic.

  : Great location, once you found it.
  : Free parking was a nightmare and rarely possible. Easier and much less stressful to pay for the underground parking which is very close. Directions to the flat were very poor. Sheets for the bed were still in the washing machine.

  : The windows are old, and you hear all the noise from the street
