  : Th location of this apartment is ideal, so close to the metro and the Place de Capitole. Th apartment itself is nicely decorated, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its central location. A perfect place to stay while we visited Toulouse and Albi.
  : There was a slight delay (about 15 - 20 minutes) in meeting us the day of our arrival in Toulouse and we were unable to reach the contact number. However, the friendly greetings from the woman when welcomed us made up for the wait. A warning to those of limited mobility : there are eight steps leading to the elevator. Given my age, it was not always easy to manage them.

  : Great location, right in the center and very close to everything you might need
  : The stuff wasnt very helpful. The contact i was given for the check in didnt answer my texts or email until the day before the arrival ( we needed to check in 1 hour early because we would then be out of town until late at night). When she answered she just told me to meet her there at 2 and never answered again, not even when i called her at 2 to tell her we were thereShe then proceeded to show us the apartment and all and when we told her that there was no toilet paper in the apartment she said that it was the 1/5 and she didnt have time to buy some the day before. When i asked if she was bringing any the day after she just told us where the supermarket was and told us to buy some!Keep in mind that almost everything was closed on the 1/5 (workers day).we didnt ask for much, just a couple of toilet papers for the duration of our stayI made the booking months in advance (for 4 people), this showed how unprepared and unapologetic they wereThis and a few other comments she made were very frustrating, definitely not going back there next time Im in town
