  : Very rural didn't know the country roads were going to be so narrow and we had a big car, so rather hair raising. Lovely views though and quiet. Did meet one of the owners a couple of days in. He was very nice and chatty.
  : The weather was very changeable so when it was wet also a bit cold. Would have been nice to have access to the central heating which I take was controlled by the owners next door. However, there were a couple a small oil radiators which helped. Bearing in mind it is the end of September the temperature wasn't too warn in the cottage. The decor was very clean and looked newly painted. The beds weren't particularly comfortable. Would have appreciated a standard size fridge as very small and could only purchase a small amount of food at one time. Would have been nice if the owners knocked on the door to see if we needed anything and maybe some suggestions on places to eat as we were so tucked away and nothing we could walk too.
