  : All was quite good compared to price can be marked as perfect stay, only one thing bad wasnt so comfortable but nothing too worry for that price))) room was cleaned perfectly all the staff good. Very suitable that hotel have personal restaurant inside with adorable price very cheap and perfect dishes

  : Lovely lady who works at the restaurant/ reception
  : Very poor cleanliness, dirty bathroom, dust everywhere, dirty glasses in the room, leaking base of the toilet whenever I sat or flushed it, no wifi in my room, tv doesnt work, the room was very cold at night time, the radiator, even though was on full blast, didnt warm up enough to make a difference, after 3 nights my lungs fell sick. I covered myself with 2 blankets/duvets or whatever it was but its bloody winter, you cant have your guests cover themselves with summer blankets when its freezing outside!!! Im highly disappointed, the only positives I find is the restaurant, the hotel I wouldnt recommend to my friends. I would also like to highlight that if someone says they dont eat meat it means they dont want to take it off the plate by themselves, they just dont want to see their food touching any meat! But aside of that the restaurant was nice.

  : Weve booked this hotel because it was 5 of us and booking was done very late so, no other options were available. To fit this large group I have booked one double and one quadruple room. Based on the description quadruple room supposed to be 30m2 with 2 double beds. Instead weve received room 15-18m2 with the with one single bed and one bed 120cm with one pillow, one blanket. Though in reservations number of people were mentioned. Smell from canalization in this room was horrible. Reception was already closed by the time weve arrived so we had to arrange things with the restaurant employee. As she does not want to spend time with us as that was not her business she gave us additional key from single room, which luckily was available. Next morning we had to leave for kayaking and went for breakfast which supposed to be from 8am, we waited for 50 min and no one came, so we had urgently look for a place to eat, so we left keys and went away. Later on they called us about the payment and made all drama that we did not pay, though booking was guaranteed with the credit card und I have no clue what the problem to do that. We had to come back to make a payment, staff was unpleasant and they did not even apologize for the happed situation. I would not recommend this hotel. Very poor quality of everything, rooms, service, support:(

  : Very uncomfortable beds,Harsh towels. First day breakfast stared at 10 where usually it finishes at 10 and waitress didn't know what's on the menu, but it turned out nice after all. The other day they didn't open for breakfast at all as they were partying till late night in closed restaurant, very disappointing. They were breaking their own hotel rules like quite hours from 11pm... We were woke up in the middle of the night and so do our 22 month daughter. And when I went there to ask them to turn down the volume I was told by drunk guy that the quite hours starts at midnight and it was already 00:10....hipocrites. I will add that it wasn't even the weekend only Tuesday night... I wouldn't go back there for sure and won't recommend to anyone. We've been traveling a lot and never experienced such unprofessional customer service...or maybe I should say lack of it!
