  : The hotel is only a few miles from the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park, so great location. There is gas station, convenience store, and Mexican Restaurant on site. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a view of some red rock formations. There was maid service every day, which you cannot take for granted these days. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet as one might imagine in this location. The overall value was very good at this property. I would stay here again.
  : It was a little tricky getting the climate control to keep the right temperature. There is no degree setting on the wall unit and on a very cold night, I ended up being too warm. There were some rough edges to the property like corrosion on the metal stairs. I have no reason to think this was dangerous, it could just stand to have a little upkeep. The hotel does not offer breakfast but since included hotel breakfasts are usually so bad, this was not a big minus. I easily found a place in town just a couple of miles away.
