  : TV was purely Spanish and despite being a smart TV, I was not able to change language to EnglishRoom smelled of nicotineBedside lamp was too bright and lit the whole roomFridge was not switched onI paid an additional 20 euros per night for a jacuzzi bath which was unusable as there were no grab rails to get in and out of the bath Floor tiles were very slippery and had to use ALL the towels to be able to walk safelyAir con was good but this was leaking into the bathroom and had been for some time as ceiling tiles were all stained black.There was evidence of previous water damage due to peeling paint etc on doors I tried to report this to the night reception but was unable to make myself understood I have reported this on their website and requested a refund of the 40 e for the jacuzzi but not had a response as yet.Keep away from room 402!Will not be using this hotel again
