  : Property access and complex were ideal: the complex has the big pool, bar and evening entertainment, safe environment for kids to play, it's not too noisy or too quiet, and the house is in central location. It's also a good place to explore the area, visit various beaches and lots of things to do around. The hosts communicated well and were really easy going, accommodating our late arrival and preferred departure time (thank you!).
  : The property itself was dated, mattresses were passable, the aircon noisy and inefficient (hence a hefty electricity bill at the end); missing parasol pole, no garden cushions. Lounge table and chairs too chunky for the room. We sat mostly outside but since there was limited awning, 6 ppl could only barely sit in the shade. There area lots of little things that could make this a good property with a little more care or investment. Just a few examples: batteries for aircons and tv were flat, no cleaning products or spare bin liners/toilet paper/washing up brush provided; no peeler or bottle opener. Ice cube trays broken, bathroom fittings loose, kitchen equipment not thoroughly clean on arrival. These may be little things but make the difference between GOOD and FAIR i.m.o. Won't be rushing to return. A new owner may easily put more life into this holiday home.
