Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that cleaning charges and bed linen charges will be charged upon making the reservation.

Please note that on stays of 5 nights or more it is not required to pay the EUR 30 service charge.

If you expect to arrive outside office hours please contact the property in advance to request check in instructions.

If you stay under 5 nights there is a shortstay fee of EUR 30 to be paid.
