: I liked the view of the sea, nice sized property with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and nice hot shower to welcome the morning.
: Cold weather put a damper on keeping warm with no central heating and only a few small heaters available. Old building caused a lot of issues with power outage until is was out for 24 hours (I was accommodated 9km away till repairs completed).

: Nice and clean apartment. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good wi-fi.Sea front location with breathtaking view.Very easy check in and check out. Staff from Alicante Real Estate very friendly.
: Noise. A lot of noise. Too much noise. The church next to our apartment which was a nightmare. The bells started ringing from 8am to 11pm every 15 minutes. So annoying. Builders next to our location with demolition tools started work before 8am. Garbage trucks collected the bins at 6am. Lack of parking spaces.

: The best view ever fantastic french doors onto a lovely balcony directly overlooking the sea.The owner needs to do some TLC...and definitely update the Bedlinen.
: Regretfully there was a Spainish Festival on for the 2 weekends The first being a Friday night,I have never heard such lound music this went on till 4am in the morning the doors onto Balcony were shaking the base coming through the DJs speakers was unbelievable,Then Sat morning you are woken at 8am with Church BellsThen throughout the week the bin men arrive to empty all the hugh bond x 6 outside the Apartment Block.this also includes the Restaurants using the Bins to empty all there wine bottles between 10.30pm-11.00pm followed by the last ring of church bell at 11pm so based on this Festival from 23rd Sept 8Oct at weekends I would not go back any other time would be fine Parking is not easy,and we had hired a carI feel sorry for the local people that live there except for the Holly Service that ended Sunday 8th October
