  : The location: 1 minute from bus stop, 4 minutes from beach, 7 minutes from supermarket
  : The property is described as a bungalow so I thought that would be a standalone property but it was in a block of six so you had neighbours to one side, above and at your back. The property at the back was having work done so a lot of noise in the morning (started at 08:30) and you could easily hear people talking.The property is north facing so got absolutely no sunshine even on the small outside terrace. There are external shutters covering the windows which were very difficult to raise so it was always dark inside. The two bedrooms had been decorated by someone who was obviously colourblind with vivid green walls clashing with blue curtains.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was that this was easily the most disorganised property we have ever stayed in: there was no local information about bus routes, timetables, maps of the area, local attractions, good restaurants, etc. There are a number of electrical appliances in the property that you might have to operate: air conditioning, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher - the instruction manuals should be easily available but everything was jumbled up in drawers with other junk. We couldnt find the one for the induction hob so never got to grips with how to power it on, it was hit or miss every time. There was a cupboard in one of the bedrooms where presumably you were to store clothes but it was full of junk, like an old scooter, glad we only needed one bedroom.Just in case anyone was in doubt, no we wont be back!

  : Central location. Well equipped.
  : Apartment jaded. Needs a good clean. And repainting. We found passes for the swimming pool on the day before we left. No mention of pool in apartment description. We also found a 2nd set of house keys which were useful particularly as the two of us wanted to do different activities. The apartment was smaller than expectef.

  : Location was good, easy access to supermarket and bus service
  : Firstly the apartment is not a bungalow, as described, but a lower floor apartment. The internet was not working on arrival and I had to wait for someone from the agency to arrive and fix it. I found the representative abrupt and rude and unsympathetic, not a happy experience for my first day. Also the apartment was very dark as the shutters cut out all light. I left the apartment two days early as it really didnt suit my needs.

  : great location, gated community which made us feel safe. also very clean. only problem was the electrics kept fusing if we had the heating on when using the hob. also, hardly any hot water. there was a problem with the WiFi but Julia from Alicante holidays responded immediately and came over on a Sunday morning to fix. I didnt complain about the water or electrics because we werent in the property much due to my father being in Torrevieja hospital. Im sure if we had reported it that Julia would have fixed the problems. would definitely stay there again.
