  : The location is very good and is very close to the beach. The terace is big enough for 6 persons to take breakfast or late night drinks enjoying the sea view. There was no toaster, but as we informed the admin staff, they provided us in the afternoon with a new one.
  : The dish washer was missing and the washing mashine was not working properly so we cold not using it.

  : The apartment block was well maintained and the apartment was clean enough but very little by way of soft furnishings empty book cases very few pictures on the walls.
  : The empty swimming pool which was a key factor in choosing the apartment. Major construction work right below the apartment work starting daily at 8:30am along with noise from the refurbishment of an apartment close to ours. Building work taking place on the left side below the apartment with cement mixers.

  : It's next to a building site where they digging all day and even setting off explosions to break rock. When I made a formal complaint they didn't even reply.

  : The apartment was of a good size. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Bathrooms a good size. Kitchen ok but has an odd layout. The hob is in the utility.The balcony was good and caught the sun. It is cleverly half glazed to protect from the wind. There are shops, restaurants and bars within a 5 to 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the beach.
  : The management company is reactive rather than proactive. I don't think they had ever been in the apartment. It took a week and a threat to get the washing machine fixed even though it was broken before we arrived. Two irons in the apartment were dangerous. One held together with string! The kettle didn't turn off. Some crockery was badly cracked and stained. Light bulbs weren't working. Only one tea towel was left for a month's stay. Only 2 teaspoons. No draining board for pots. Not enough hot water for 2 showers in the morning. Water tank is small. Chairs on the patio ready to collapse. A cushion in the bedroom was badly stained and old. We had to contact the company to set the TV up as it needs a secret number to set it up.No cleaning materials left for us to keep the place clean. You are expected to leave the keys in the flat as you leave BUT you need a key to get out of the security gates!!!!If we hadn't been taken to the building by a staff member I think we would have spent a lot of time trying to find it. The entrance is down a small passage off the main footpath. Not easy to find, even the taxi driver missed it.The manager at the agency didn't communicate with us once even though we were in his office, what felt like, on a daily basis.This place needs a guest hand book on how to work appliances etc, phone numbers for local doctors, hospitals etc. Fire exits and the usual information given to new holiday makers.
