  : It was disappointing that the staff at Aroma restaurant was not very happy to accommodate an adult and a child for dinner Saturday night. They only offered a table in the middle of the corridor where waiters come in and out and did not want to give another even there were many empty. They could have set up a table inside but were just fine to let the guest go despite staying at the hotel. The receptionist upon check out did not say a single word or asked how was the stay.

  : Nice modern hotel well located in a small beach side part of town. There is no such thing as a hidden gem anymore (thanks Google) but this town might have been one at one time. Best for a day trip I think.
  : The locals would rather have kept the place to themselves which is their prerogative, so I wonder why they allowed a 4 star hotel to be built in the middle of it. The hotel doesn't have a proper bar - I think you are just supposed to get drinks from one of the restaurants; but it is a rather soulless place. There is little information and no one talks to you. The receptionist as we arrived rattled off the necessary basic information which my rudimentary Spanish just about managed to grasp but apart from that the hello from the perfectly pleasant breakfast waitress was all the communication we had. There was no information pack in the room, no drinks (except water) in the mini bar and no room service. Breakfast was run of the mill standard but the hot food was tepid (no cook here running around with a thermometer), the coffee from a bank of puzzling little machines was not to my taste and the croissants were rubbery. The place just didn't click.

  : Nicely situated hotel with comfortable rooms and very friendly personnel. Thank you for the welcome drinks.
  : We could not have one single simple tapas food before 20h30. Drinks were served, but nothing to eat. For us, resident in Spain, Spain is living from tapas all day round, so we couldn't understand to be left hungry. As well the bed duvet was already made for warmer temperatures, we were freezing in the night, nothing additional in the room to cover us up. The receptionist next morning said why we didn't switch on the air con. We don't need a cooked room for sleeping, only a warm bed.
