  : The hotel is situated in a beautiful urbanisation which has a small town with some lovely bars and restaurants and features a golf course as well as having great facilities such as a sauna and pool. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel itself is stunning
  : Although the hotel itself is beautiful our room was extremely dark with very little natural light. Within an hour of being in the room we experienced a power cut which maintenance pointed out was a tripped switch however everything seemed to trip it we spent the majority of our time in the room walking in darkness to the fuse board. The floor is concrete tiles which look as though theyre for outside which made the room absolutely freezing. I feel as though the pictures are very misleading as it shows a beautiful lake outside however this is not the case. The lake has been drained and one of the staff at the bar told us this has been the case for a few years now, what has been left behind is a great big hole filled with sludge and litter which has caused there to be a horrendous amount of flies and mosquitos, which brings me onto my next issue. The room was swarmed in them even when the patio doors were closed and no matter how many we managed to kill they seemed to be everywhere at one stage I counted 13 sitting on the douvet alone. We got zero sleep as we were being eaten alive and they seemed to keep flying at our ears and eyes. After hours of tossing and turning in the bed and both of us getting up with towels to try and kill them all we gave up and packed our bags and left our stay early. Its very unfortunate as what we expected was a 5* night away and we did not get that. I wont be returning to this hotel and I suggest they fix the lake before they lose more customers its and eye sore and causing more problems for guests.

  : One of the bar staff was rather moody and didnt seem to want to be there. It was a man not the woman she was great.

  : No coffee facilties in the room. When we asked at the desk we were told there was a charge of 5 euros a day to get some in the room.i have never before been charged separately for this even in cheaper hotels. Certainly not expected at a Hilton hotel!

  : Comfortable beds, friendly staff
  : No way near a five star quality of this hotel. Overall very disappointed. General state of hotel is old and outdated. Metal details in bathroom rusty. First strange thing we noticed was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. When we requested this, the reception told us they were all out and that we should have been given extra shower gel to compensate for this (which we were not). Also no toilet brush. No coffee, tea or other drinks/snacks available for mini bar, only two bottles of water. The sheer curtains could not close completely with about 30 cm. The lake view we paid extra for was a swampy, green half dried up pond filled with trash that smelled bad and made us ignore the otherwise big balcony. We kept our balcony door closed all day and night but nevertheless we experienced LOTS of ants in the room. We unfortunately missed out on the spa, as the spa closed Sunday at 14 before our check-in at 15, and opened Monday afternoon after our check-out.
