  : Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and kind. I loved this quaint family business. The rooms were spacious. The property was immaculate. I would gladly stay here again. Bari is beautiful!
  : No complaints about the property itself, but this is a region where you should rent a car if you don't know someone. Cabs are rare, and while the hosts are willing to arrange transportation for you it is advisable that you provide your own.

  : You are being controlled and regulated 100% of the time. As long as you do everything the way THEY want it, they are friendly. But dont you dare putting down your suitcase in a spot convenient for you. They will move it back to where they want it. They tossed my camera bag which I had carefully placed on a chair in the wardrobe - so that my equipment fell out. You have lots of extra rules not mentioned on booking. For example: wear a bathing cap in the pool, pool only open after 11am, no kids under 18 (!!!) allowed by themselves to just name a few. when I questioned the pool rules and asked why these are not included on Booking.com they said they are not obligated to put it in there. Hmmm. But wouldnt it be the best thing to do? They (father and son) then yelled at me in Italian and even though I calmly said I didnt understand they just continued. So I removed myself from the situation. Feeling very uncomfortable. I called Booking and we agreed that we would leave the next morning - after two days and I was told by the agent (and got it confirmed) that we would only pay the two nights. However, upon check out they just deducted 200 extra from my credit card and started arguing in Italian again. They clearly are new to this business and I feel they would prefer you dont use any of their new things. For that reason, too, everything in covered in Plastic (Wardrobe, chair in your room). They are friendly as long as you follow their rules. But have no manner and/or experience dealing with disagreements or the slightest criticism. This is unprofessional behavior all around. Oh, and did I mention breakfast gets served on plastic plates, too?In the booking description they checked Poolbar and Waterfront. None of which are accurate. To get to the closest beach its a 2km drive on a road which you cant walk on. Overall a very frustrating experience which I have never experienced in 20 years of traveling. Sad.

  : This was a very well presented property close to road links and near the local beaches. The proprietor, his family and staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool area is magnificent with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and served enthusiastically to offer a good start to the day.
  : This wasnt really a dislike but I am not sure it is a place to stay for more than a night or two given its slightly remote location.
