  : Dogs not allowed in restaurant , breakfast room. With 2 small children and a dog is difficult to use the buffet when you have to sit in another room.

  : Lobby was pretty and new, location was good
  : Room was so so outdated, especially compared to the lobby. Literally threadbare carpets and a musty smell, bits of the shower were coming off, shower head wouldn’t stay up, sink plug was broken, could hear through the walls and could tell when someone was showering in a different room because of a high pitched squeal of the hot water. Person at reception was strangely unfriendly, weird vibes, maybe he knew he was giving us an awful room. Tried to get dinner, so we asked and sat in the bar, 5 mins later were told “actually you can’t eat anymore because the kitchen has too many orders so has decided they’re not taking any more orders” despite being over an hour until the informed closing time. To be fair the person who delivered that news seemed like she was doing her best.Would recommend staying somewhere friendlier and with more simple rooms that are better kept.

  : Breakfast was acceptable. Location was very good.
  : The room was tired and in need of a facelift. The shower didn’t work only the taps. Screws had been put in wooden sections in the bathroom and were all visible, not painted over. The single bed had marks over the base. The restaurant menu was inadequate, very small menu with very little choice

  : I’m a frequent visitor. It’s comfortable and convenient.
  : Sadly for the 3rd time I was in a room overlooking the Railway Station. The room itself was very comfortable, but the frequent announcements plus the noise of trains arriving and departing was not good. Unable to shut one window as it seemed damaged. TV also not good.
