  : Excellent location, very near to the seafront. The town was pleasant. Lots of seasidy entertainments within walking distance and nice cafs (Chandlers in Paignton, the Bright Bean in Preston). Owners were friendly (what little we saw of them). Fridge useful (if a little noisy!) TV. Thankfully we were allowed to use the communal sitting room, so a soft sofa was a welcome relief.
  : Room not overly clean, small room (really a single) with a queen -sized bed in, noisy toilet cistern. Two very flat pillows each (and no spare in the wardrobe, take your own!) And double bed sized bed sheets on a queen sized bed. Towels not changed all week. One wooden straight-back chair. The floor was very dusty, but the toilet and shower were clean. Toilet rolls meted out with an economic hand! Owners (pleasant) clearly lost interest (property on the market) and squeezing every penny out. 440 for 7 nights right at the end of the season - breakfast NOT included! Disappointed, but the town is good.

  : Great location close to sea front. Friendly hosts.
  : Breakfast not as big, as made to sound from other reviews. Room was small with very small toilet with shower and wash basin outside near the bed. Water pressure in the shower was virtually non existent. Electric sockets were not well located.
