  : It was genuinely shocking. Filthy.
  : Again, filthy. Paid 85 - used plasters on the floor, used ear plugs left on a chair, blood on the wardrobe, broken bath, stains of god-knows what everywhere.Vile - didnt stay. Trying to get my money back now.

  : Location was great close to the beach and the staff were approachable
  : The walls were very thin, when other guests came in during the night we could hear them as if they were in our room, the cleanliness was not great, stains on bathroom floor, also the shower went from one extreme to another it was either stone cold or boiling hot.

  : Hotel was dirty . Coffee Splashes (large ) stain on wall . Filthy windows. Toilet brush was that old it hardly had any bristles on it.My husband and myself had twi different sized divan beds pushed together. The material was coming away from the base . We had 2 extremely worn and thin and badly dipped spiderman !! Mattresses with severe bobbling that you could feel through the sheets .wires sticking out from towel dryer in bathroom . Bedside table had a sharp screw sticking out of the drawer no handle on it. No TV as advertised had to ask for one then didn't get a TV Ariel cable had to buy our own.Our 4 year old granddaughters mattress had bad stains on it . We are really disappointed the hotel badly needs updating and it has gone downhill terribly I don't think we will be using booking .com again unfortunately. We did not asked to be moved to a different room as from what people were saying all rooms were as bad. Very often nobody at reception and a young family were complaining about bed bugs in their room .

  : The whole experience felt like a hostel. Smells of weed as soon as you enter the stairs. Decor way out of date.. no working lift for all our luggage. We only booked this hotel for 1 night as trains were on strike for our main holiday. Beds were falling apart!. Bugs everywhere. Shower didn't work. They just added gorilla glue as a quick fix.. Wardrobe doors hanging off. Balcony rotten and falling to pieces..... balcony doors wouldn't even shut!. Was freezing at night.. Will definitely NOT be stepping foot here again!!!!!..
