  : 1st of all they didn’t mention during booking that I have to pay deposit and it wasn’t clear that the flat is in the 3rd floor and no left so you have to carry your bags and use the stairs …they say on Booking.com it’s an ocean view !!! in front of me there was an old building and there was a small space between buildings that you can see the marina but from the windows you see nothing but old dirty buildings.once we enter the flat there was a nasty smell of vomit , we were not able to exactly know the source, when we contacted the management they said it may be the smell of the disinfectant we use the clean and someone will come to investigate, the man come but next day so I had to wait in this smell .and Iam not checked out for more than five days and they didn’t return the deposit, when I called them they told me the system was not working and we will do it for you and it will take 3-5 days so if i didn’t call they wouldn’t return it automatically also after I booked they sent me a lot of emails about how much I will pay if I lost the key which will be 100 pound and that I have to take photos of everything that I think it’s broken or not working once I get in the flat or I will be the responsible and I will pay for it !!!all this for 4 nights ,it never happened with any other holiday flat I rented before I don’t recommend it at all and the price is very high while the street and the building is very old and not good thanks

  : There is no parking so you have to find somewhere yourself. Also it is noisy at night so if you have small children you shouldn’t expect it to be quiet!
