  : The room was a lovely size. The view was stunning. The check in procedure was nice and easy and smooth running.
  : We stayed in apartment 12 here which is a dog friendly room. Firstly, when I booked this room I added the fact I was bringing a dog but it didnt add him to the booking. I luckily noticed this and rang the place direct to add/ pay for him. I ended up phoning 3 times and each time was told someone would phone me back they never did. I got sent an email saying I needed to pay 45 for the dog (thats fine.. I was aware of the fee) but when I went to pay for it on the link they had sent, it wasnt working and wasnt allowing me to pay. I rang them to inform them of this and again was told someone would phone me back. Once again they never phoned and a few days later I had a missed call/ voicemail saying I needed to pay as I was in debt and the booking would be cancelled if it wasnt paid and if we turned up we would be refused without any refund. I understand that we needed to pay for the dog, but I had tried several times previously to this and I had contacted them on more than one occasion to try and pay, but every time I was told that someone would call back. This was not the case. When I finally managed to pay for him, I was advised over the phone that there was no notes on the booking to say I had contacted them.. so Im not entirely sure how someone could call me back if they were unaware that they actually needed to!? Secondly, I didnt think it was a very dog friendly apartment as it was mainly carpet apart from a tiny area in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We were absolutely terrified of getting this dirty/ muddy etc as we would then be charged for damage. The first day we were there it was raining heavily and ourselves and the dog was socked through. We had to carry the soaking wet dog straight to his bed so he didnt ruin the carpet, which was obviously not pleasant.

  : Location is great, overlooking the bay. Very clean, has all you need for the stay, good living room plan, big balcony, detailed instructions for getting there, codes usage, etc.
  : Note that there are no car park spaces reserved for the property and one has to park on the street where the apartment is located. It may be difficult to find free spaces nearby on busy days.

  : The apartment was clean, the views were brilliant the location was perfect. Everything that we needed was in the flat.
  : We are in our 70's and the hill up too the apartment was very steep. After walking round torquay for the day it was a bit of a struggle.

  : Wish I had known what the view from the front was going to be like and I would have chosen a room with a sea view but garden view was okay.
