  : The house Sore Near in Fusea is one of the houses rented out by Albergo Diffuso in Tolmezzo. The house is kept very well, is spacious and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. The people working for the organization of Albergo Diffuso Tolmezzo are very nice and helpful.
  : The owners of the house were present in the garden surrounding the house for many hours each day and we felt very much controlled and watched and not free to use the house as we liked. That and the fact the access road from the valley up the hill was closed most of the day, didn't give us the liberty and feeling of freedom that we had wanted. Also, the last part of the road towards the house is very steep and narrow, we were not comfortable driving to the house. Very large cars will have trouble getting to the house. The chicken coop next to the house smells badly.

  : I can say that the room was clean.
  : A first for me, but the actual accommodation had nothing to do with the reservation made :). I booked (months in advance) a little cottage, one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen. Where I was taken nothing in common with my reservation - I ended up at a B&B in a village nearby, a small room at the second floor of an old ladys house (not an English speaker :) )with a shared bathroom. When I showed the lady from the Diffuso my reservation she said it was a miscommunication between booking and their hotel and that this is my actual room, with breakfast included (my initial booking had no meal included). After asking what my option is, they simply said that I can either take that shown room or get a reimbursement :). Finally, the old lady gave me a different room (still small, but at least with an en-suite bathroom). P.S. - on my first morning i left at 6:30 to get on a hike, so i skipped breakfast and in the second morning the old lady told me that she doesnt have a breakfast, offering me a coffee :).

  : The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and has a big balcony with stunning view. The host let us to bring our dog with us too, also he was very kind and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!
  : There is a restaurant under the apartment which was a bit noisy in the early nighttime, also the guest smoking under the windows, its not the apartments fault, but good to know.

  : It's important to note that this provider offers several apartments all over the city. We were in a very spacious apartment with big bathroom and with a great terrace. The apartment was furnished with everything one needs.
  : The shower could be a bit bigger. Unfortunately a local road (with quite some traffic) runs underneath the terrace. Also a restaurant is directly under so there is quite some noise - also during the night. Since there was no air conditioning (as specified) and we were there during a heat wave we had windows open during the night which brought quite some noise inside.
