  : The staff was very nice, the property was in a good location and there were shops and restaurants very close by. The room was exceptionally clean and the area was quiet at night.
  : The pillows were VERY hard. I could not get the TV remote to work. The shampoo was in packets that were impossible to open with wet hands. There was only one hanger. There was a strange guy hanging around the parking lot. When I checked out, he took the card key from the front desk and went into my room to take the tip I left for the housekeeping person. When confronted, he gave the tip to her.

  : The bathroom had a used washcloth from previous guest hanging in the shower as well as a moth. The rooms are all smoking rooms and there's a ridiculous surcharge for non-smoking.
