  : Poor check-in with poor comm between Booking.com and Quality Inn. Quality did not use same confirmation # system as Booking, so there was confusion and stress regarding my reservation. Desk receptionist was unkempt and frazzled and Curt. Her helper in the worn, low-cut undershirt was more pleasant, but neither was professional. Seemed like the receptionist who was scheduled to work had his kids filling in for him. Breakfast was sparse, with no protein choices. Overall, AFTER the stressful check in and in spite of the weak breakfast, the room was "fine."

  : The room had carpet torn up ceiling had leak stain in bathroom the remote to tv was broke the sound in the tv was skipping and breakfast was none excited you sAdvertised that it was breakfast but what it really was was a danish from Sam’s or a bowl of cereal

  : The room was very clean however I didn't have a rack or a hook or anything to hang up my clothes the microwave was sitting on the counter for the sink so I had no place to store my toiletries there was an ironing board but no iron and no hair dryer.

  : The room was roomy, beds were comfortable, TV was nice.
  : The bathroom was shocking. There was excessive mildew all around the ceiling of the shower and in the grout of the tiles of the shower. The floor beside the toilet also had excessive mildew. The shower curtain did not fit the tub (open on both ends as shower curtain rod was installed at an angle. The pillows on the bed were 2 different sizes and 1 had no pillow case. To top it off the housekeeping person put a envelope on the night stand which stated Tips for _ _ _ _ _ _ housekeeping.
