  : This is our second stay and both times the luggage carts were missing. Unacceptable!!! Purchase more carts. Juice or milk should be offered, not everyone drinks coffee or tea.

  : The staff at the front desk are very nice.
  : We had four people in the room. Couldn't get more than four towels to dry off with and one wash cloth. Could get any more towels than that. trying to clean up after ourselves, get some of the dry hotel stuff out of our room that we didn't need anymore. And the one of the maids told us that we would drop stuff into the dirty laundry basket that was on the floor (3rd floor room). We had to take them down to the front desk. ( And when I stay someplace I try to make it as easy for the staff to clean the room.. ) and we had already made a couple of trips down to the front desk to turn in dirty stuff to get clean stuff.. I was not going to keep running down there. The beds feel like a fold out couch comfort and not a normal comfortable bed. Also when check out ends at 11am. And it's 630 in the morning. And you want to go get breakfast before you check out of the hotel. Make sure you take your stuff out of the room. You won't be able to get back into your room. The door keys are deactivated sometimes before six in the morning. So don't go down to IHOP to get a good breakfast before you hit the road or you won't be able to get back in to get your stuff. I will never stay here again.

  : i paid for my room with booking but when i got to the location they couldn’t find it on their end . even with proof of my payment they still made me pay again and i still haven’t received a refund for any of it

  : One of the receptionists who checked me in was extremely rude. After a long day of traveling, definitely didn't need that

  : Didn’t like the deodorizers they used in the rooms we had to check out early, which I still want a refund for because the fragrance exacerbated my asthma.Our plan was to sleep in Thursday morning, but the fire alarms were going off. I guess they were testing them so we couldn’t sleep in.
