  : The dinner was excellent. Very high class and special . Worth the money.
  : We are usually very generous regarding feedback but in this case there a few things we did not like:1. The check in process was unfriendly. When we asked questions the responses where Short and brief2. We checked in for one night and the tourist discount card was valid for only one day (the check in day when we came late). We asked the manager to change the day and her response was negative.3. While place is new and beautiful it is not designed in a friendly way. The reception is outside the building which means that when we needed help, we had to go outside (in the rain) and wait for someone to open the door4. The spa facilities are beautiful but are not warm (from our point of view), and they close very early. So for example we checked in at 17:00 and the spa closed at 20:00. The pool closed at 19:00 and was supposed to be open the day after at 7:00 (at least thats what we were told) but was opened at 7:30. This was important to us because of our flight back.4. Breakfast was ok, nothing more.5. There was no cellphone reception and the WiFi did not work well. We were not able to install Chromecast in the room.6. The room had a wired smell possibly because of fresh paint or renovations. We were told that its because the place is new so there is nothing to do with that.
