: Everything was amazing , first of all the owner was very kind, location near coffee, bakery , pharmacy and city center by walking 7 minutes , the apartment is modern furniture and clean.

: Most importantly was the location of the apartment. It was just in the heart of everything in Tirana, including the bus station. The location saved us from spending any money on taxi as it took us only 6-7mins to walk to most of the places we went to.Again, the apartment is home to couples, except the fact that we made a meal, but there was no microwave in the facility to enable us to microwave our food. I think the management should ensure that there are microwave appliances in the apartment. But as regards the feeling of having a home, Tirana Apartment gave us that feel of a home, and I will be happy to recommend the apartment and the contact of the man who welcomed us to friends who will be coming to Tirana soonest. Please ensure there is a microwave. It's that important. Another pleasant thing my wife and I loved was the excellent and quality customer service we received from the man who attended to us. Oh my goodness, he was such a humble gentleman, helped us settle in nicely, and even apologised to us for not tracking our arrival schedule. He was indeed extraordinary. While our air condition wasn't effective, he ensured that the air conditioner worked well by just adjusting the setting. A thumbs up for his customer service skill.Finally, my wife loved the fact that the TV had NETFLIX subscribed. She was able to watch her favourite films on NETFLIX. This is very commendable and thoughtful for the host.
: Like I have mentioned above, what I didn't like was the fact that there was no microwave in the apartment. Management should ensure that microwave appliances are installed in the apartment.Secondly, there were no tissue papers in the toilet. We literally had to buy from the local stores. On a lighter note, I won't give this a negative rating. Probably, the host forgot to keep tissue papers in the bathroom. It's pardonable.... smiles.Thirdly, can the AC in the first floor where I and my wife stayed be cleaned. There were some black dusts coming out from the air condition. This should be checked.
