  : Great area, hosts were nice and meant well but not very experienced in managing rentals.
  : Waited 45 minutes to access building after sharing arrival flight time in advance and noted I would come by taxi directly there (after an exhausting 20 hour flight). Not a single piece decor or basic art in apartment, felt cold and empty, internet barely worked and not possible to work remotely without meetings dropping regularly. Better suited for yearly lease than short term visit. For example washing machine available, but not one or two washing pods provided to use - why would a guest of 3 days buy a full container of laundry detergent? Not set up like an Airbnb (no coffee for first day or basics) but maybe I should have known that and its not their fault. Cash payment required. Host asked us to confirm exact time of departure because needed to hand keys over (no key or check/in out box or system), which added pressure to our plan to leave as soon as we were ready after getting enough sleep. Ultimately they didnt come to collect keys. Cleanliness was overall fine, but there were hairs on the bed and in the sheets that werent ours and the couch material (faux suede) is not well suited for rental units because its hard to clean and had some stains. They are nice people but need to anticipate guest needs a little better. I felt bad and annoying asking basic questions when they should expect to make certain things clear or available as hosts.
