  : The property is very well finished and has pretty much everything you need for a short break. Its well-appointed with decent wi-fi, kitchen bits and bobs and Id recommend it to others wishing to stay in the Tintagel area.
  : The check-in and check-out times are ridiculous. 5pm on the arrival day is acceptable, albeit very late in the day and resulted in faffing around for a few hours before going in. But to check out by 9am is very unhelpful. So much so I emailed the agent 2 days before leaving requesting a decent check out time but got no response. So 9am it was, which meant packing up the night before and an early night. Hardly a holiday thing I cannot see that, even if the house is booked for the next day, that an 8 hour gap is required. For that reason, Ill probably find another property next time.

  : Location was just right for us though maybe a little way out of Tintagel for others. Great for getting down to the cove and walking along the coast path.
  : We were disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub on the first evening. Although we didn't run out of toilet rolls a few spare would be good when there is 4 people for the weekend it ran a bit low. ;)
