  : Great location right in the heart of Tigaki and very close to the beach. Great bar, too. The staff were all just so nice - really friendly and helpful. Yes, it's at the cheaper end of the accommodation options in Tigaki, so it's not super modern or luxurious. However it's perfectly comfortable and clean with daily maid service and all you need to enjoy a lovely holiday. Our balcony - which was a decent size - actually had a distant sea view, which was a pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
  : The downside of being right in the heart of the Tigaki is that it's opposite the very popular Memories bar, which can be a bit noisy late at night and into the early hours. We hadn't realised this when we booked (despite having been to Tigaki many times) ! However, after the first night or two, this didn't bother us too much.

  : Terry and Jenny, the two sisters who run it, were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, though Rosie and I arent finicky or demanding. The Ipanema is VERY Greek so dont expect The Ritz, its basic, clean and as comfortable as most Greek hotels. The air conditioning was very welcome, the location superb, an excellent and lively cocktail and snack bar at the front.
  : If you are overweight or have mobility problems (thankfully, we are neither!) you may find the bathroom a bit of a challenge!

  : excellent location, good staff and basic but clean room which had everything we needed
  : no safe or hair dryer but these were minor and no pool but so close to the sea it wasnt an issue

  : Bathroom could be a little more comfortable. Music sounds until late in the rooms at the front.

  : The location is perfect - near the main road where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and other services, yet it is still quiet enough to sleep peacefully. The beach is near, so is the public bus stop. The room is a normal and good enough size, the furniture is old, but maintained. The towels and sheets were replaced every other day. The room has a fridge, closets, a kettle and an air conditioning unit. Great value for money.
  : Wifi didn't work at all. It connected, but there was no internet.
