  : Easy to reach from major road routes. Private with wonderful view from the back garden and kitchen. Really comfortable bed. Modern clean and fresh furnishings and decor. Great thoughtful little extras comforts to eat when you arrive. All you need extras provided in the kitchen. Close to handy late night opening Tesco and a couple of pubs. Not far to the Peak district. Communication with host fast and efficent.
  : Arriving in the dark the access is through a side gate to get to the back door into the kitchen, the key in a coded key safe on the wall by the door. We could not find a light to see to put in the code and sort of fell up a sloping area of concrete. In the morning in daylight we found a light switch by the side gate. Would have been helpful to know before we arrived. No instructions on how to use the microwave, we struggled for ages. We turned the heating on as it was chilly in the evening but only 2nd bedroom and bathroom radiators came on. Would have been nice to access Netflix or Amazon etc on TV, the code was given but not the password.

  : Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and equipped, really nice to have lots of welcome goodies . We will definitely stay again

  : internet is not connecting during our stay but not a major concern as we have more time talking to each other than checking phones and watching netflix.

  : Not enough crockery, we had to use the dishwasher more than we wanted, (because of costs etc) to make sure we had adequate for the next meal.
