  : It was comfortable and the room contained everything we needed.
  : The property was dated & old fashioned. Hotel needed a little bit of attention. Service in the restaurant/breakfast room was slow. Staff didnt seem to have a system for serving multiple people.

  : STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Maybe location is ok, but hotel outdated in need of refurbishment , very noisy can hear the traffic & boy racers with loud exhausts all night. Just imagine whats going there on wkds?? STAY AWAY AT LEAST FROM SEPTEMBER TILL APRIL (COLD MONTHS).
  : Dont even consider staying here unless you like sleeping in cold as hotel switch off heating for the night. Myself and kids wake up at 3am as was so cold , no one cant sleep, went down check , night security said ,oh is switched off for nigh - wtf ? Can you switch on or provide some electric heater - no heaters but I will switch on. No , he doesnt. Went down again at 5:50am - no help at all. So kids lay in beds fully dressed , cover them whatever is in room. Myself wearing coat !!Now we are in another hotel (road trip) , kids are sleeping (6pm) with cold & temperature.I wasnt excepting luxuries etc, but nice warm room for the night . Official complain been logged with booking.com for full refund & compensation if required in case my kids gets ill and I cant move to next hotels on road trip.
