  : No air conditioning, windows dont have screens, so when you open windows for airflow bugs come in.

  : The location was good and the staff are some of the most kindest and helpful people you can meet.
  : I was quite disappointed by the quality for the high cost we had to pay for two nights. The layout of the room was awkward. The bed has been situated in the middle of the floor. It was very awkward to get in on the side opposite from the bathroom. That meant I had to roll over my husband to get to the toilet. There werent any power outlets near the bed, no refrigerator to keep my medicine that needs to be kept cold and no tv as an alternative to watch while my phone charged. The trundle bed that was used by my son collapsed on one end when he lay on it the first time. We had to reset it up to provide stability. The breakfast was basic. You can boil an egg but scrambled would be nice. I did not have time to wait to cook my egg. I would also have liked bacon or sausage. I could have gone to the convenience store to get the same quality of food for a lower price.

  : Dear booking ,I am writing to express my disappointment with the hospitality that I received while staying at the Lab hotel in switzerland interlaken . My stay at their hotel was less than satisfactory due to the impolite behavior of your staff. They were rude and unprofessional, and their treatment of us was unacceptable.Furthermore, we were not informed of the checkout time, and when we asked about it, the staff was rude and treated us as if we were going to run away without paying. This type of behavior is not acceptable and has left a negative impression on us.I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that your staff is properly trained in providing excellent customer service. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

  : Nice big room, very big bed that could fit the three of us (2 adults and 5 year old), location is a short walk from the old city center
  : The extra bed we received was broken but in the end this was ok because the double bed was big enough for three.

  : It is a very basic hotel, which did not have a lot of character but it is perfectly functional. It is a cross the road from the Seepak Hotel and not far from the lake. It is a 15 minute walk into town but as part of staying at the hotel you get free bus rides for the duration of your stay and the bus stop was right out the front of the hotel. We caught the bus to Interlaken with this ticket. It also has plenty of car spaces at a cost of around 17 euro.

  : Modern and clean. Underground parking with plenty of spaces.
  : Weird rooms. Ours was a standard room but the shower was behind the end of the bed with a glass wall. So when my partner wanted to get up early and shower the bathroom light shone straight through the giant glass wall into my face. Not a great design. The bathroom door itself is also very heavy and has no handles. Im sure it looks great in the design but not practical in real life. The room itself was also not very spacious. Hard to get around the far side of the bed. There is no aircon which is fun because the climate is not to hot however to have the window wide open for good ventilation the window itself then becomes a head hazard when getting up from the bed. Also there is no fly net on the window - an easy and necessary fix. The room also has no tv or fridge. Not worried about the tv but the fridge would be useful for keeping drinks and snacks cool especially as its summer.
