  : very disappointedbooked hotel via Booking.compaid by booking. after 10min lady from reception called me, that mistake happened and they are all booked out and it is not possible I can come. After discussion with reception lady, she found other hotel for me, but I had to pay on the spot, and she will send my booking fee back on my account. after I came to hotel, I paid..but until now never received my booking fee back to my accountnobody responds to my phone calls and messages from hotel about my sending back my moneyso I dont have 100 euros back and I dont even know where the hotel isit is already almost 2 months ago

  : I used the room briefly (in the evening) and nothing else. I just needed a place to sleep to reach Bergen op Zoom in the morning for work easily. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable, as per the rest of the structure. A nice feature was the restaurant/bar on the ground floor. The host was adequately welcoming and helpful.
  : The host responds mainly via phone. Other forms of communication, like the online system, were poorly considered. I have not received an answer to any of the messages I have sent via the Booking.com system. Concerning the room: I would have appreciated an accessory in the shower to hold hygiene products. Also, the room did not have a hairdresser. I am not sure whether this applies to the other rooms in general.

  : Location was excellent with parking opposite and a choice of 3 restaurants within hopping distance. Lift is a wheelchair lift so a little slow, otherwise it was multiple flights of stairs. Room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was OK and unfair to judge as it was a special weekend.
  : Wrong weekend! It was the town festival so unfair to judge as the place was full of beer barrels. No restaurant in the evening and staff trying to get ready for the weekend when they were going to be busy, very busy! Avoid last weekend in August in Tholen - unless you want to party!
