  : The room, if you are happy with just a standard dobbleroom, it was realy nice and you get to live right on the beach. People were nice and quiet and we had a very relaxed vacation.
  : On booking.com we booked an apartment with two beds. It wasn't clear if there were one or two bedrooms, because it said both on the website. When we arrived, we were shown a room with one bed and that was our "apartment" - the woman who worked there only spoke German, but we were told, that it was wrong and a mistake on booking.com and this was what we got. The room wasn't very clean, there was sand all our the floor and dusty surfaces everywhere. We had to share a kitchen and living area with the rest of the guest. It wasn't very clear. Full bins, flys, old food and no date labels in the refrigerators. We had hoped that there would be some sort of maintenance, but we ended up cleaning the kitchen many times before being able to cook dinner.It also said on the website that there was breakfast - it not true and they really need to update their information!

  : The location was very nice, right on the sea... could hear the waves. However, the place was more like a high-end hostel... very thin walls and can hear everyone moving around.
  : The woman who runs the place is extremely unprofessional... maximum profit, for lowest effort. No response to my e-mails, no response to my calls prior to arrival as requested. Continued to call numerous times... no answer. Arrived and had no idea where to go. In the right place (thanks to a neighbor), but no answer at the door or on the phone. She finally came from her backyard... our loud motorcycles, dog barking, door bell ringing, but she never heard us. When asked why there was no response to our numerous phone calls, she said she could not answer her phone... she was working in her garden. In Booking.com it states free breakfast, free wifi, large screen tv in every room, and towels are provided. None of this is the case. We had to ask for towels... she seemed put out that we did not bring our own. There is a soap dispenser in the bathroom that is there for show... it is empty. Advertised as a cosy house in the dunes... it's a high-end hostel... block house. You can hear everyone's movement. Group kitchen and group tv room. The kitchen can only be utilized for a light breakfast... she states the smells will bother other guests, however, there are no written rules and/or welcome information in the rooms. We never received the wifi username and password. She put the tourist tax and public transportations coupons under our door on day 5... to late, we had already ridden numerous times. When asked about the discrepancy on booking.com, she stated she has tried to change it numerous times, that it was booking.com's fault. I find that hard to believe. If it is true, believe an e-mail to customers describing the error before booking would be the professional course of action. We regret not reading the previous reviews prior to booking.
