: Very friendly family and big home cooked meals. Lovely views and family picked us up and dropped us back to theth. Good communication.
: Location is a bit tricky without a car, family were lovely and gave us a lift but would be difficult getting in and out of Theth without their help.

: Good breakfast and dinner. Very friendly hosts. Amazing views over the mountains.
: We were staying in the 'basement room' with extremely bad air and tiny space. The bathroom was very damp/smelly and its small window was into the kitchen. Two (albeit cute) kittens would jump into our room on two seperate nights - I don't imagine this is everyone's cup of tea. Really don't think this room should be rented out (my guess is that the other rooms were better). It was super difficult to find the property. The hosts should quite easily be able to provide a guide to how to find the property, but only reacted when frustrated guests couldn't find it. Very poor signage. Location was beautiful, but for most/all hikes it involved an additional 100-200 elevation meters of hiking to get to the starting point.

: Very beautiful family-owned place with a great view! Keep in mind that it is off the main road into Theth. We had dinner at the property and it cost 2500 LEK for two people. The food was very delicious!
: We didn't mind, but it's a simple guesthouse. Great to enjoy the quiet outdoors but not much else to do.

: The rooms are great with private bathroom, it is comfortable and quiet. I really recommend taking the dinner offered by the family that turned out to be amazing and delicious !The view over Theth is also nice.
: The communication with the host wasnt the easiest, as only one person speaks english and he wasnt there when we arrived. Additionally, no one replied to the messages we sent before arriving (to ask where excatly is the accomodation). It is very hard to find the place (not great after 6 h hike from Valbon). Booking and Google maps show the wrong location. To reach it on foot you have to find a path through bushes, which is very difficult. You can reach it with car also (path not on Google maps), but the road is really terrible so you need good car. The accomodation is far from Theth main center. In order to visit the church and the tower, you will need a car. The host can give you a lift for 10.

: Beautiful and wonderful location, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The family who runs this homestay is very friendly and kind. The room was modest and exactly like in the pictures. The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner. The cats are an amazing added bonus! The location is only 10min drive from the start of Theth-Valbone hike. But if you do come without a car, it would add a good extra hike to the start point.
: - No clear signs at intersections to find the homestay. The address on Booking.com is wrong, which was only told to us once we drove to the wrong location, without much help, with just being told - that they are aware that the address is wrong. - Onlne communication was bad. Apart from not communicating much about how to find the place, the communication was bad regarding food. They serve dinner for an extra 15eur/person. We asked them - what was included in the dinner, so we decided do we eat here or someplace else. They didn't say much, just that there was food, and ignored our messages asking for some further details eventually just writing - "soup and meat and etc." Nonetheless, we decided to try "the soup and meat and etc.", and the food was delicious, it was just the online communication that felt very lazy.
