  : The location was okay. It was not noisy neither crowded. There was air conditioning. And the terrace was large which is always a plus.
  : The service however was awful! We had to wait to check in even though we were on time as the conditions said. Then there was the guy working there that clearly wasnt enjoying welcoming guests or picking up the phone when needed. Then we paid extra for the parking in the building. And then on top of that we werent even provided with a parking spot on our last night and the morning afterwards. After I called six times and sent four text messages, we got refunded our money back, but we still waited half an hour. Also, when booking this place, you have to pay in cash, but they do not give you a receipt afterwards. Staying there was not a relaxing trip, but a game of whose nerves can last longer!

  : There is a nice tavern nearby. Its location is not far from the city center, you can reach most places in 20 minutes by walking. It has a large terrace to take the air. I can't say that I feel completely safe at home. My children were restless at night.
  : The house is very old and needs maintenance. Household furnishings need to be renewed. There are not enough utensils in the kitchen. The neighborhood it is in is a bit old and neglected. Internet does not work in every room, I think the modem was in the next apartment.

  : I did not like anything
  : First the price in booking said that the garage was in whith the price but when we came they told us to pay for it and payed 24 euros extra for 2 days. The tables had broken legs, so we had to use the little table in the balcony. The beds were not good and stable. The bathroom didnt have a place where the smell could have gotten away. In the house there were no slippers. One morning we woke up to the smell of gas and were terrefied so we went outside the house.

  : at least we had a place to sleep
  : once we arrived the owner told us that the room we booked was not available due to some covid issues and he offered us a new room. He told me "don t worrythe new room is much better and i will not charge you extra". the initial room had private parking on the ground floor of the building so very close. The new room was 6-7 minues of walk away. the owner's sister greeted us and she was walking extremely fast to the new room ( we had huge bagsof luggage, she did not wait)IMPORTANT PART:Once we arrived at the new room we had NO HOT WATER. i called the owner and he said he will come and fix it. The owner and another person came to the room and said they fixed it - water still cold. we left for dinner, called the owner again to comeand fix it while we are out in town. we came back and they told us that they fixed it but water was still cold.called the owner again- this time only the other person came and tried to fix the water.conclusion - the other person put the owner on the phone and he told me that the entire gas instalation was broken and we cannot use the hot water. we insisted for them to find a solution, maybe another room for us to take a shower in (we left at5 am and arrived in salonic at 6 pm - shower was mandatorv).i asked for 50% refund (we paid the full amount in CASH when we arrived but we DID NOT RECEIVE RECEIPT/ BILL ). he said 50% is not possible, he can only give me 20 euros ( full amount was 72 euros) but only if i call customer support at booking.com first and tell them to change for me in the systemso that i can have free cancellation. (now the cancellation costs me 36 euros)the owner kept velling at me that he has to pay his part to booking and that he can only. give me 20 euros (if i call booking customer service to ask forfree cancellation) so that he can pay his part to booking. comthen he said to me "HOW ABOUT I GIVE YOU FULL REFUND AND YOU FIND A HOTEL ROOM?!" (it was 22:30 at night!!!!!
