  : Location and private parking just next to hotel
  : There are couple of things Id like to mention:1) Urban room was nothing like showed in photos. It was a very small room and theres a floor bed without legs placed just next to window. My husband got some injuries while trying to step in to bed. (Room 305) I dont thing this room is not qualifying the money we paid. We paid in advance with breakfast option and stayed 3 nights. Room was a total disappointment where hotel rates are above Thessaloniki rates!2) Lady at check-in seemed unhappy when we arrived and when filling guest information form she was in a commanding mode. When I called reception from room to ask about safe box she rudely said ok and closed the phone just into my face. When we were checking out, there was a old guy asked about our stay and when mentioning this lady as a kind feedback he told us that theres no shift for that lady during the time we called and checked in. I think I talked with a ghost?!3) I suggest you to not put your valuables to safe on room. Even you set your own password, straight combination of 1 to 6 openes it. When we informed reception about that, he seem not surprised.4) When checking out, the old guy at reception at desk very offensive when we were giving our feedbacks. He was just arguing where we didnt have such an intention.All we were expecting was a genuine apology or a complementary cup of coffee5) They asked for a 21 euros for climate tax when we were leaving which is not mentioned at booking.com. They should fill this information at their booking.com page.I would definitely pass this hotel next time and strongly reccomend to avoid staying at this place.
