: The flat is in a very central location and there are very good restaurants and shops around it, which is very convenient when traveling with kids. It is also nicely decorated with good wi-fi. The host is very responsive.
: The flat is in a run down building and a bit dark. The windows look into the back of other buildings so it feels slightly claustrophobic. Also, there was a really bad smell of smoking in the shower/toilet which was impossible to get rid off during our 5-day stay (even with open windows and a candle!).

: Excellent location. Excellent communication with host. New modern apartment with everything you need. Host recommended a parking near by with a discount for guests, which was a nice touch.
: The apartment balcony looks toward the back of other buildings, not towards the street, so it feels a little dark. Size is not 75m2 like the description says, more like 50m2 (including balcony)... which doesn't mean it is not functional for a family of 4, just not as spacious as expected.
