  : More efforts on cleanliness should be made. There was alot of dust over the fridge in the room. The room should be more ventilated and air freshened. When we entered at the beginning, there was a bad smell from the carpet. I wish the carpets can be removed from the rooms to avoid smell. There were no slippers and no ear buds as they were out of stocks.Breakfast is very poor

  : Bed sheets and pillows should be changed daily unless someone asks not to change for any reason.Decent hotels care about the cleanliness specially after corona virus covid19 .. everything should be hygienic and clean where it should be changed daily.

  : The street the hotel is at is a quiet one, but there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants just around the corner which was really nice. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Having breakfast included was also great, cause it didn't cost that much more than the regular price and we had our breakfast sorted for each day. The shower was bigger than we thought and toiletries were provided along with bathrobes.
  : The hotel has certain times noted for room service for every meal, however, they would say we were too late with ordering whenever we ordered something in the last hour of available room service. If it is not available then, the times should be changed. Apart from that, there was a pretty big TV in the room and we thought Netflix would be available, but it turned out that it was not a smart TV and you could only watch channels which was basically useless.
