  : The daytime member of staff was very helpful, but unfortunately the problem I had was at night, in another building, where there was no-one to help me.
  : The big awning/sunshade outside the room in the annex was completely broken, thus made a lot of noise in the wind. Not only was the fabric completely ripped, but the metal structure completely bent. This meant that that night I got no sleep because of the incredible racket of the broken awning banging continuously (Scheveningen is a very windy place!). This awning has clearly been broken for a long time. Why doesn't anyone fix it?! A refund/voucher (for a quiet room!) would be highly appreciated!

  : The room and the bathroom were big. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
  : The landing at the top floor in front of our room didn't have any railings and made my feel a bit unsafe.

  : location and the interest of the receptionist were good.
  : The property called Bella Vista 2 is not like tne main hotel with so small rooms, nearly 6m2 . Even there was no enough air to breathe. when i put my luggage on the floor (coz there was no other place to put it on) there were no enough place to walk inside the room, i could hardly open the door to bathroom. Additonally in the room 506, between the bed and the wall there were a woman’s g-string and rose petals left from the prior guests filmed over thick dust! i will never book from this property!

  : I liked that it was central to everything, I liked that it was clean although the bedding was old and the pillows were a bit lumpy, I liked that we got fresh towels everyday and that the people at main reception were very helpful
  : I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a concierge at the annexe, we had terrible upstairs neighbours who decided to have a whole weekend long party and the noise was terrible, people were coming and going all night long and they were not quiet about it, at one point a couple were fighting outside of our door, next morning the handle on the main door was broken so the place was unsecure, this was very unnerving, if a concierge was at hand he could have prevented all this happening, it is such a shame because I loved everything else about this place and for me it is very handy as I have family living close by.

  : Proximity to the Tram needed to commute daily, clean room, towels and comfy bed, spacious room and i like that tea and electric kettle was provided. The TV also works great with multiple nice channels to choose from
  : I didn't like the fact that the price I eventually paid was higher than what I saw on booking.com even though booking.com stated city tax was inclusive.Also, I didn't like the fact that there was no heater in my room, the heater was at the lobby, hence I could not control the temperature in my room, the cozy bedsheets covered up for that to keep me warm
