  : The staff were horrible. We had a reservation from the 15th of June through the 21st. We got there at 3:00, check in time. They did not have a room available at the time. They told us to come back around 4. We got back and the guy told us that it would be a little more time but went ahead and gave my husband the keys to the room. Then we finally get to the room. There are ROACHES in the bathroom. The floor is filthy. I killed what I saw.(Shivers)! That was Saturday. Wednesday night the person at the desk tried to open the door and let someone else take our room. Luckily we set the deadbolt or they would have walked right in while we are sleeping. Thursday... Our keys didn't work for the room. My husband went down and they told him that we had not checked in, therefore they killed the keys. We checked in, how else did we get the key? My husband argued with them for a while then he just went ahead and took care of the bill, but at that point they charged us for extra days. Finally.... Friday.... the keys were killed again!!!!! My husband went down to the desk, again. They tried to charge a late fee and charge for more nights.!!!!! We have stayed in your motel for the last 3 years when we go on vacation to Galveston. This has been the most horrible stay. As far as this motel is concerned, we won't be back.

  : Booking.com my room wasn’t ready the website overbooked. The very nice front desk clerk Ciara (I hope that is how it is spelled) cleaned a room for me and my family so that we could stay) I will never visit this rent for a week/month motel location ever. This brand hotel was a 1.5 star at best.

  : We had a room with confirmation with Booking.com upon arrival was told they didn’t have any rooms available. We drive from Waco Texas to Texas City. She would not give us the number to Booking.com told us to go and look somewhere else for rooms elsewhere. She would not give us a refund.

  : Most awful smell lingering in the hall way literally had to run to my room bc of the small while gagging as if that wasn’t bad enough we interned the room and the smell of black mold that’s all you could smell, the room was extremely Hot it took an hour and a half to cool down not to mention how nasty and dirty the room was , the pictures onsite look nothing like what you are giving so no sleep it was horrible I wouldn’t ever suggest to ever stay at any of their hotels

  : This was by far the worst hotel Iv ever stayed at. No towels at all and then we called for towels and the lady told us NO!! Straight bs. I would have weathered stayed at the motel 6. This one needs to be a motel. Bugs all over the place just straight up nasty and very poor customer service. I payed for 2 nights and then realized how shitty it was so went to leave the second morning and get my money back and then refused to give me my money back for the second night so we really payed for 2 nights but only stayed there for one night. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THE PICTURES ARE A LIE!!
