  : Breakfast. Friendly, kind staff. Room clean.
  : The bed was way too soft. I sank into it. I can sleep anywhere but the bed made my back hurt and I tossed and turned all night because of it. I was tired when I had to wake up. That's the only huge disappointment I had. A medium firm bed would make sense for a hotel. I don't understand this excessively soft bed as the choice to go with. Parking- being charge $3 is ridiculous. There's barely enough to begin with when the hotel is booked. And, several people from the Comfort Inn next door parked in the lit. I saw them moving there cars when I was packing my car to leave. There's an empty lot in front of Fairfield. Buy it. Buy it with the other hotel if needed. Turn it into a parking lot if needed.

  : Location was good for visiting my brother.
  : I was in the room for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The towels were never replaced. The garbage was never taken out. Apparently your room is only cleaned after you check out. This is unacceptable. It does not meet the Marriott standard. Management needs to make some changes. Fairfield Suites is no longer on my list of hotel choices.
