Surrounded by vineyards Tiberio is 1.5 km outside Loro Ciuffenna and 10 minutes' drive from Terranuova Bracciolini. It arranges food and wine tastings and produces its own wine and olive oil. The apartments have a rustic design with wood-beamed ceilings and exposed brick walls. They all feature a kitchen and dining area with TV.

: The bed was large and comfortable. There was a moka pot and coffee left out. The shower was good enough with hot water.
: Communication was very poor. Upon arrival (~20:30), all the buildings on the farm were dark, but eventually a man appeared. He had no idea about any bookings or rentals. Then an old woman came out from one of the building, also didn't speak any English and seemed confused as to what we were doing there, but eventually took out some keys and took us to the apartment. She was very nice, but not overly helpful. She took our passports and left. The next day, we came across a younger women, and enquired about the passports. At first she looked blankly, but then went off and came back with them. I sent a message through booking.com to ask about the wifi password (there was zero information about anything in the apartment) and finally got a response in the evening of the second day. On my last day in the morning I sent another message enquiring about checkout instructions. The owner finally showed himself and started offering wine tasting - at 9am, as I was about to drive off. Aside from that, the apartment seems to be an after thought. The kitchen is too high and uncomfortable to use. The fridge is ancient and too cold - upon arrival, the fuse for the fridge was in the off position. The non stick frying pans were completely scratched up and unusable. There was only bread knife to cut with. The main door had a big gap and the patio doors didn't open/close very well. There was no view - the bedroom overlooked a courtyard surrounded by other buildings on the farm. This place was quite expensive, and I booked it because it was closest to where I was going. However, the experience was disappointing.
