  : After getting off on the wrong foot (see below), the host offered to put us in an apartment in a different building (at the top of the Fontana shopping mall) at the same price. It turned out to be a very fine apartment-- spacious, large balcony, clean, on top of a mall with a super market and a few restaurants. The kitchen was lacking a few things but OK. Jana at the reception desk was instrumental in working out this deal-- she was very pleasant, calm, spoke good English, a real superstar. It just felt a bit like a zombie apocalypse movie to be staying in a shopping mall (especially at night when it had emptied out).
  : The apartment that we were given was NOT the same apartment had booked-- it lacked a balcony (which was explicitly provided for on our order) and was smaller than the website pictures showed. We were told that the website actually was a composite of several apartments and not necessarily the one we had booked-- NOT COOL.
