  : Pet fee of $50 was double fees of other hotels checked out and the carpet had multiple spots assuming from other pet accidents or spills.

  : Location & set up was good. The receptionist was great and reach out, tried to help out the situation as much as and as quick possible.
  : Upon entering the room noticed the bathroom door along with the latch was broken, goodbye to privacy. Luckily it was family. Then sitting on the toilet and having it shift side to side 1/4 to 1/2 an inch in both directions wasn’t enough. The sun shade and blind missing parts, just wanted to inform management so we weren’t charged but the receptionist really wanted to help, bless her heart. Called the maintenance guy, which had other priorities besides work on his shift. We were just making him aware of other issues we noticed, not requesting immediate attention. But with his response of “Ok well I don’t have time to go look for parts and stuff, I got more important things to get to” was a good ol middle finger to us. So again not bashing receptionist, but everything else was definitely a thorn in the side.

  : My bathroom was not cleaned. I have clean the shower it was full of hair and dirt. The toilet has pee ring all around the bottom of the toilet. I had to buy gloves, cleaning spray and a mop to clean the bathroom.

  : I like the centralize location of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasantly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms and breakfast areas were very clean. The room was comfortable and well organized for movement. The curtain to divide the room was a plus. Overall, the quality for the reasonable price was well appreciated and valued during these economic times.
  : A microwave in the breakfast area would be a better plus because no one like cold eggs.
