  : The property was decent outside the building was clean.the inside was not to bad .
  : No ice machine ,no one empties the trash staff not friendly at all. I made reservations for 2 queen beds and sofa bed didn’t get it got 1 bed and sofa bed. There was chairs in the room to sit on only a sofa bed had to go down to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed. Just not convenient at all.

  : The staff at the front desk were absolutely unprofessional and rude. Guy had to jump over the desk because he had no keys to the door. Both him and the bigger woman at the front were very rude to not only me but the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff had limited English and when trying to explain that they needed keys both front desk workers were frustrated and impatient with her. As I'm checking in they ask me if I have any other guests staying with me I say no, my friend is Just here to give me a ride to the event I am in town for. He says it's fine but strange since my room sleeps 4 people. Doesn't matter how many people it "can" sleep, they aren't staying. I finally get to my room and the bigger woman comes banging on the door and with a very unfriendly tone. Says she needs my friends ID or else I can't stay there. I'm hesitant because never has this occurred but my friend gives her the ID to avoid any more trouble from the staff. It took me longer to get fully checked in and to deal with the staff than it took for us to leave. I just wanted to take a shower before our event and didn't want to keep my friend waiting in the car. I stayed but I was very uncomfortable the whole time. You can only enter and exit through the front door which is extremely inconvenient considering their parking lot is on the side and back of the hotel.
