  : Location is phenomenal. Glad had a hot tub. Being able to open the huge windows and let the mountain air, sun, and mountain views were the highlight.
  : The fans provided seemed older than me(I’m 30) and one shakes and bounces around the room...time to invest in better ones for the hot summers. At least one newer one that stands and revolves would suffice.

  : Location of Manitou is its greatest aspect. Renovated shower stall was appreciated.
  : Room was small, double doors to balcony did not have good weatherstripping allowing cold air in. Not allowing ski boots in room is ridiculous. Parking was very difficult and inadequate.

  : The location was so convenient to the old downtown ara and easy access to the free gondola. Love be close to the stream and its beauty. The beds were very comfotable.
  : We we not pleased that there were no screens on the windows when opened to hear the water in the stream which allowed mosquitos into the room. The lodge has a comfortable feel but the rooms, interior and exterior are in a dire need of repair and updating.

  : The only think I like this place is the location that is very close to gondola.
  : Nothing else is worth to stay at this place. The room is so tiny, we can't even find a place for our luggage, and there is almost no place to sit. The bath room and bed are at 2 level, if you need to use the bathroom, you have to go down stair in the middle of the night. The door to patio is broken, can't open.there is no staff service after 7pm, we arrived after 7pm by car, but no place to parking, we temporary parked at the place to unload our luggage. since street parking need permit, and according to the notice in the room, we also need a sign to place at the car to avoid ticketing or towing. we are desperate to find stuff where to get the sign, but no one answer the phone, and only answering machine ask us to leave message, and someone will get back to during business hours next day.
