: We got the replacement from the hotel staff and stayed in their other hotel in the middle of town, which was very convenient.

: The views are absolutely amazing, we were very lucky with the weather and the house is more spacious than I expected. Felt like we were staying in a locals home, rustic and charming. Everything you needed was there, maybe a few bigger mugs would be nice. Really friendly locals. Walks on your doorsteps. We had no problem with parking.
: Plastic sheet on bed - noisy and made you sweat. I took it off!!! Shower needs updating.

: Lots of space in the house, though the layout is not super practical for travellers. The terrace is small but absolutely great to sit in the morning and have a coffee, with amazing view of the mountains. Kitchen had everything we needed except an oven, which was no problem. The place was super quiet, great to relax. The lady who showed us in was super nice and helpful.
: Reaching by car is difficult through the narrow streets if you don't know where you're going. Google sent us through the town center, which is not allowed. It took as quite long to get to the house, only to find out that the reception to pick up the keys is half a kilometre away, up a very steep slope. The keys are deposited in a box in front of the house so there could easily be a self check-in. I do not understand the logic behind sending people to the reception just to provide a few details that could easily be sent digitally. The beds were not the most comfortable, somehow hard and bouncy at the same time. Some of the appliances need replacement - the gas stove didn't work very well, neither did the kitchen hood. The gym was not available as indicated on the website.
