  : Location has amneties close by and ability to park the car. Easy to get into Tartu.
  : We didnt sleep well, there are no curtains, only blinds and the matras was a struggle for the back after two nights.

  : Very unique, calm, good AC in the main room, all the comfies, plenty of room for us 3. Selver market is very close, easy parking and helpful host. And Tartu is fantastic!
  : The third bed was not comfortable for three nights.

  : Large comfortable bed, leather sofas and armchairs. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. There is coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices and some dry foods. And most importantly, a wood-burning fireplace. Which will keep you warm in inclement weather.
  : Install a bright lamp in the shower room on the ceiling. And also adjust the closing of the door to the balcony and windows. Need new big fridge.

  : The apartment is easy to find, has a separate entrance from other apartments in the same building. Also, it was quite clean and had all the equipment that's listed in the description of the apartment.
  : Despite the full equipment, the quality of the furniture and appliences was quite low. First of all, the apartment does not have a central heating, it is not continuously heated so that the walls are quite cold during winter. In addition to the cold, we were not able to sleep due to the loud AC (used for heating), loud water boiler in the bathroom and other sounds coming from the neighbors (there is no sound proofing). As we were in Tartu for a medical treatment and not vacation, this was a very difficult one day and night spent at the apartment. :( We arrived stressed and sleep-deprived and left in a worse state than before.

  : The apartment was near the supermarket. There was a fireplace and good kitchen equipments.
  : With dogs it was more difficult as we thought: a lot of stairs to the apartment and noisy traffic on the street. There was not enough firewood.
