  : The strongest asset for this hotel is the absolute stunning setting right at the beach. The place has come a bit into the ages but is in good shape. Very clean and staff is looking at keeping it this way. The rooms and showers are sufficient in size and get cleaned every day. The restaurant is in after season - due to lack of outside seating possibilities a bit small to host breakfast or dinner activity but again the staff is doing the utmost to help out and work around limitations. The dinner selection is limited but sufficient at good average quality - if you consider the relative high pricing (at Spanish standards) it might fall a bit below average. We found the hotel package at the price level we paid very attractive and would definitely come again. Recommended is to book incl. breakfast as this is good and carries sufficient variety.
  : The hotel or staff have a very very relaxed attitude towards the presence of animals in the restaurant area. Cats are running around all over the place and dogs are permitted during breakfast and dinner times. On our arrival dinner evening we had 3 dogs in the small restaurant barking at each other - one of them being only a bit smaller than a pony but totally wet to make up for that downside in size by spreading odor...... The staff took this without finding a reason for interference If you have allergies in the direction of cats or dogs this place is definitely not a choice!

  : Views of the ocean.
  : Reception staff and management did not respond adequately and appropriately to an issue. We booked the hotels best room for 2 nights, for a special anniversary and there was no hot water. It obviously had not been tested before we arrived. It could not be mended. We were offered no apology or compensation for having to spend our first 14 hours in a suite with no hot water and then be moved to an inferior room for the rest of our stay. When I complained at check out and really stood my ground, and after about 30 minutes, I was grudgingly given a 40 reduction from a 650 bill!

  : Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Clean room.
  : It was very dated and needed some TLC. Furniture was worn and had glass/cup rings over them. Although the place was clean. Wardrobe door didnt open properly and the bathroom window did close and could easily have been lifted out of the frame. This we shared with the hotel and they took note.

  : The location is superb. Excellent view from the lounge bar.
  : No TV channels in English language. Too many steps to be climbed to reach our room and far too many to reach the breakfast area. People with limited mobility should be warned.
