  : There were too many loud parting guests! They kept us up all night and no staff here to controls the guest and tell them to respect the other guests! Our vacation was miserable because we could not sleep due to being kept up until 4am by the partying guests!

  : Breakfast was really good--we ordered omelets. Unfortunately, we were only given one set of Silverware. It was, virtually impossible to find anybody to help and we had to wash the plastic fork in the bathroom sink so we could both eat.
  : It was really a lousy trip. We waited over an hour to check in, we didn't get silverware with our omelets (technically, we got one set for two omelets), and when we cancelled the second night of our stay, we were charged for it (no mention of this when we cancelled--which was one of two times the entire stay that we saw somebody who worked there). Since I wasn't given (or e-mailed) a receipt, I didn't realize we were charged for both nights. I called to request a refund and was told that since I didn't cancel a week in advance, it was non-refundable. I cancelled because the town was shut down, the service at the property sucked, and Taos was a sheet of ice on concrete--those would be good reasons to refund the second night...

  : Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Water heated up very fast for washing hands & showers. Food was AWSOME! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location was great -- only a couple of miles from the ski area.
  : Coffee in room was just OK. Guests in room upstairs and next door were a little noisy, but did quiet down around 10pm so were able to sleep. Someone upstairs (not sure if directly above) left really early one morning -- maybe around 5am, so a little noisy till they were gone. Breakfast order was a little late -- when ordered was told 30 to 40 minutes, but came about 1 hr and 10 minutes.
